OUR PHILOSOPHY

With methodology and above all respect to humans and nature, we have come a long way in the production of quality apples, peaches & cherries.
The significant dynamics that give us a bigger perspective,
are a combination of sentimental factors, like the passing from generation to generation,
the recognition of our quality crops and the trust that comes from our customers in Greece and abroad.

OUR METHOD & PROCESS

We cultivate, produce, pack and distribute our products. The advantage of this holistic procedure is the total control we have on every phase of the production, always avoiding the use of pesticides and fertilizers. Our fruits are grown in altitude, which is essential to their quality and taste.
Irrigation is done with adequate amount of water. Our experience and expertise helps us understand the germinal stage and temperature, so that we can control water flow.
We work with an agronomist, who gives us consultation on the specific features of trees and ground condition. The harvest takes place with mild weather, according to the maturation degree and humidity of the atmosphere, so that we can assure perfect condition of the fruits.
We apply the rules laid down by the Commission of the European Communities for production. After our harvest, the fruits are placed in clean packaging and crates to be transported. Our fruits are not stored, but sent directly for consumption.

THE MYTH BEHIND
Esperides were nymphs of Greek Mythology that guarded the fruits of Hesperides Garden.
The golden apples of the divine garden, were a wedding gift from Gaia, to Zeus and Hera.
Ancient greeks believed that if you ate an apple from that garden, you would become immortal.
